Rich Duda

Rich serves as Chief Financial Officer of the firm, responsible for providing financial
reports and analysis of the Management company and GP. He works with our fund
administrator, Carta, with respect to communicating financial information to LPs.
Rich was previously CFO at ff Venture Capital, an Early-Stage VC based in New York,
where he managed all Financial and Accounting Operations at the firm. He also served
as the firm’s Director of Fund Accounting and Controller during his tenure.
Previously, Rich worked for Early Growth Financial Services as a Consulting CFO. In
that role, he served as a fractional CFO for multiple Venture Funds and Startups
throughout the country. Rich began his career within the Hedge Fund industry, most notably as an Analyst with Vicis Capital, LLC, a multi-strategy hedge fund based in New York.
Rich holds an M.B.A. from Fordham University and a B.S. in Finance from St. John’s
University. In Rich’s spare time, you can find him watching or driving his three kids to their dance
classes, baseball, or soccer games. He has fun traveling with his family and is an avid
New York sports fan.
