Two-thirds of our investments will be in diverse founders and 50% will be in women. We look beyond Silicon Valley & NYC - in other U.S. cities and regions with lower profiles.
As a team, we leverage our multi-dimensional, diverse perspectives and pattern recognition to find overlooked and less obvious investment opportunities.
The right founders and team matter immensely. We insist on knowing teams well - as individuals and leaders. We need the strongest evidence of integrity, hustle, leadership, humility, vision and the ability to execute.

At the foundation of our investment strategy is the data driven fact that diversity outperforms. With that perspective, first and foremost non sibi ventures is returns driven. The fund will have a meaningful impact automatically because of this strategy and our intention.

Post-funding we strive to increase value through leadership development. Our focus on leadership programming for our founders is expected to improve returns - as we invest differentially in the business acumen and the leadership capacity of our portfolio companies.
