Larry is a nationally recognized lawyer-lobbyist and strategic advisor, named to Washington Life Magazine's "Power 100." He has represented Fortune 100 companies, trade associations, and defense interests, including managing Lockheed Martin's PAC. A former attorney at Patton Boggs and Verner Liipfert, he founded Potomac Policy Advisors in 2019 and now serves as a Partner at Monument Advocacy. He holds degrees from Harvard University and the University of Virginia School of Law and serves on the Boards of Ford's Theatre, ThanksUSA, Running Start, and The Congressional Award.
