Jon Guerster

John is an entrepreneur, advisor, and investor with deep experience in cleantech and sustainable technologies. He founded and scaled multiple startups, including Groom Energy Solutions (acquired by EDF Group) and Digital Lumens (sold to Osram). He has been a General Partner at CRV, held leadership roles at Open Market, Hewlett Packard, and J.P. Morgan, and now serves as a Partner at Activate Capital. He holds a B.S. from Duke and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School, and serves on the Boards of Visitors for Duke's Pratt School of Engineering and the Museum of Science in Boston.
