Ryan has over 15 years of experience in creating and implementing advanced data analytics and AI solutions for organizations of all sizes. Currently, as a Sr. Cloud Solutions Architect at Microsoft,focusing on Advanced Data Analytics and AI. Ryan empowers large enterprises to design game-changing solutions using the Microsoft Data Platform.

Before Microsoft, Ryan worked at premier Microsoft data platform consulting firms including Blue Granite (acquired by 3Cloud), CoreBTS, and Blue Horseshoe (acquired by Accenture). Throughout his career, he has collaborated with hundreds of clients in various sectors, including healthcare, manufacturing, and retail. In 2020, Microsoft named Ryan a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP), which is an award given by Microsoft to individuals who have made a significant contribution in the area of data analytics and AI. Ryan is proficient in Python, R, SQL, DAX, and M and leverages them alongside advanced tools like Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure Machine Learning Services, and Power BI to deliver impactful results for his clients. Further solidifying his expertise, Ryan was selected to be part of Microsoft's Fabric Insiders, a highly exclusive group (only 10% of cloud solutions architects receive this honor) comprising experts with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Fabric.

Ryan pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Louisville, where he received a football scholarship. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, completing extensive coursework in Finance and Mathematics. Beyond his technical expertise, Ryan's passion for fostering an inclusive future in AI shines through his work mentoring individuals from underrepresented groups. He also enjoys functional strength training and is learning how to be a grill master.
